    We had such a great experience at Maple & Ash! The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to John for taking such great care of us. He was attentive, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. The food was amazing, and everything came out at the perfect time with no long waits between courses.     Outstanding evening all around. Great company, everything was delicious, with wonderful service. We started with the in-house made sodas: the ginger soda and the blood orange maple soda were each packed with flavors, especially perfect on this 97degree day. Appetizers were better than perfect: the three of us shared the brown butter roasted scallops with delicate and delectable cucumber tarragon and cauliflower sauce (my absolute favorite) and the Ricotta Gnocchetti (also flavors with surprisingly perfect, light gnocchetti with sorrel, hint of crispy chicken skin and Gouda. We have distinctly different preferences for entrees, and each was perfect. The halibut was perfectly cooked and seasoned with tasty celery root, smoked scallops and chanterelle - I savored every bite and my boys (mean men really) also enjoyed! Their spare ribs and roasted dry aged duck were even better than they imagined. Our anniversary splurge with the black chocolate cake was beautiful, light and delicious. The ambiance was perfect for conversation and fun. Can’t wait to go back and all the creations at BOKA!
