Matteo’s was a fantastic experiemce. Michael was our server, turns out he also manages the restaurant. He was so personable, knew the menu inside and out and had great reccomendations. The service all around made for a great dining experience and the dinner and drinks were excellent. 10/10 would recommend!

The Restaurant is sets the standard for exemplary service and food. Located within a presently remodeling hotel , the staff maintains a sophisticated yet warm ambiance. The setting is beautiful with a view of the ocean. We started our dinner with a large Waipoli Caesar salad the split between two was still quite large and nicely dressed. We followed up with an appetizer Kahuku Sweet Corn Agnolotti that was in a rich sauce with lobster. The sauce was so good that we asked for more homemade bread to soak up the sauce. The wine list is extensive. Richard from the old Lahaina Grill is available to make a sommelier advised choice. Our Hawaiian Snapper was fresh, flavorful with a crusty skin served alongside bok choy. The pan roasted chicken was moist and quite good. Our server Christopher and busser Aaron made our dining experience complete. Mahalo!!

I had been in Hawaii for over a week and wanted a change from sea food. I ordered the Chicken and ribs and the flavor and tenderness of both dishes was outstanding!

Upon entering the restaurant, you feel as if you have been transported to Morocco. The decor and furniture are very authentic and comfortable. It is a family owned business with the daughters serving the many courses of food. Eveything was excellent and so fresh. It is worth indulging in the full courses meal. Towards the end of the meal, there is a belly dancing performance. A really interesting evening. This was our second time to visit the restaurant and we would definately go back.
