The creativity and care are dialed in perfectly at Hayward. We were impressed by everything. Our four dishes covered so much territory yet seemed to flow from one to the next effortlessly. Like magic! The wine list hit the perfect balance of (again) feeling expansive without being ungainly; every bottle was clearly there for a reason. Service was light and quick and kind, we will be back for more soon. Thank you, Hayward!!

We bought this at a charity auction and had no idea what the restaurant was going to be like. We were seated in the quieter Dolly Bar early in the evening and had the most perfect experience. Chloe was our excellent server, friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable about the food, wine choices, and history of the restaurant. Her recommendations were spot on. We had a variety of dishes and they were all so very good-meatballs, kale pesto pasta, baked gnocchi, asparagus and the amazing focaccia bread. Who knew focaccia could be a highlight?! Dolly Olive was a very nice surprise and we recommend it highly!

Outstanding dinner and ambience! Was special dinner with family from out of town! Wine recommendations was perfect for the whole meal! Glad that this is the meal the family will get to brag about!

We had beets with truffle burrata, wild boar ravioli & braised duck breast + 2012 Barolo. Followed with dark chocolate gelato. The beets and ravioli were especially tasty! Excellent, knowledgeable wait staff. Loved it!
