The 1839 Trustees’ Office was built by the Shakers as a place to warmly welcome and conduct business with the people of “the world.” Shaker Village has continued this tradition of kind service since Elizabeth Kremer oversaw the opening of The Trustees’ Table in 1968.     The experience was out of this world! Highly recommend Brendon’s. We walked in and right away they made us feel welcomed and wished us happy anniversary! Then we we were presented the menus - they were personalized wishing us happy anniversary again! You guys completely shocked us and we felt so special. The food was tremendous. Oysters were great, as were the crab cakes (nice recommendation Mike), and halibut was fabulous. Service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and informative. Brendon’s is our new favorite restaurant. We will see you again.

    Absolutely amazing experience as always! Friendly staff, though wait time was a bit long at first. Wonderful cuts of meat with amazing sides and a lovely salad/buffet area. Never going to leave there hungry! Can't wait to visit again.
