We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the Maple Leaf. It’s a lovely setting and the food was delicious. The best part was the service! Carris was very friendly and made sure our dinner was excellent. We highly recommend the Maple Leaf!

It was our anniversary, and while we had plans for a nice dinner later that evening, we were looking for a lunch spot and stumbled upon this restaurant during the Taste for Adventure festival. We expected typical pub food but were genuinely impressed by both the creativity and quality of the menu. The vodka chili soup was outstanding—spicy, but not just for the sake of heat. It was balanced, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The rotisserie chicken was excellent, but the biggest surprise was the s’mores dessert. As someone who typically doesn’t care much for sweets, I absolutely loved it. What truly made the experience special was our server, Joey. He was personable, professional, and genuinely welcoming. His outstanding service elevated an already great meal and made our anniversary lunch even more memorable. We left delighted and would not hesitate to return.

We have never had a bad meal at The Keg. My wife had a delicious Prime Rib, and I have a Rib Eye steak. Both were cooked exactly how we asked. The vegetables were fresh and delicious as well. We didn’t have any room for dessert.

Best meal I’ve ever had. Delicious Bison Trio of steak, short rib, and sausage. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The shiitake mushrooms, polenta, carrots, and au jus were excellent sides dishes

Seated promptly. Server was attentive and friendly. Elk steak meal was delicious. Salads were large dinner size. Only issue was the night’s special app, a plate of short ribs. Very chewy. They took them back and off the bill. Conversation level was good.

Dinner for 2 wasn’t inexpensive but was more than worth it for the quality of the food. We had the charcuterie (the mustard marinated melon was so good!), bison tartare, chicken supreme and lamb chops. The food was expertly prepared but not pretentious, no foam or streaks on outrageously large platters anywhere, just a generous helping of delicious. Would not hesitate to go back.
