The restaurant is a small local place with very good food and great service. It suffers from the NY syndrome of scaffolding outside currently, but that helped forestall the possibility of rain spoiling our outdoor seating. The waitstaff was attentive & accommodating. We enjoyed our food greatly and thought it well made & tasty. My seafood pasta was excellent. Recommended if in the area of Harlem. It is a bit noisy, but not so much as to detract from the overall experience. Now if it had only stocked the NA Peroni...
