Best Comfort Food Restaurants in League City

We were celebrating an Anniversary, and it was acknowledged in many delightful ways. We enjoyed the cheddar biscuits and Caesar Salad to start. We both had Red Snapper each prepared differently, and we enjoyed both. And the flourless cake and sorbets were a great way to complete the experience. This wasn't our first visit to Navy Blue, but it had been a while since our last visit. We discussed needing to visit more frequently.

Great experience always. The menu has changed but they accommodated me with a past recipe dish.

Matthew was a great waiter.He described the dishes well so we could make decisions. The pasta with arrabbiata sauce was delicious. The warm dessert with dulce de leche sauce was wonderful.

I had an early dinner with my daughter at the Main Street Bistro a place that we often go to eat ourselves in our family. The ambience is very nice. It’s pretty plain plenty of space not noisy and excellence service. The dishes are always good this evening. My daughter had shrimp and grits which she found to be excellent and I had the chicken fried chicken, which I thought was good. However, the frying was a little bit too cooked and the piece was a little bit not thick enough probably a large larger chicken breast not cooked as much would be fine. mashed potatoes, outstanding and good gravy and the green beans were excellent. My daughter had iced tea and I had two glasses of the house Chardonnay- excellent. Our service was excellent.
