We celebrated my sister’s birthday at Tony Roma’s, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and amazing flavour. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff were so kind and patient, and they happily helped us take family photos so we could capture the special occasion. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them, and their friendliness made the celebration even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for helping make my sister’s birthday so memorable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. I booked a table for lunch at Ivy and Jack for me and my daughter in the city. We had such an enjoyable time💞, food was delicious, service excellent, table private and cosy and we will definitely come again. It made such a difference to be able to have a sit down meal before the game . The wait staff were attentive and our meals came out in quick time even though the cafe was so full and busy.
