Best Casual Restaurants in Herne Bay

This was our 4th visit to this restaurant and after reading a lot of the recent reviews I was a bit worried that the standard had slipped and it wasn’t that good anymore. However, the staff were very attentive and quick, we didn’t wait long to take our orders and receive our food. All the food was hot and very tasty as usual. The only reason I give it four stars is my partner had the smoke board for one and I didn’t think it was worth the £35, when all that was included was three slices of turkey, one sausage, two ribs, two wings, some pork and a tiny bowl of brisket, but we enjoyed all of our food nevertheless & will return but wouldn’t get the board again & just order the pieces individually :)

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavour. The staff and the owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Best dining experiences we had in Canterbury. Highly recommended! La Cabana este un adevărat colț de rai în Canterbury. De la primirea călduroasă până la mâncarea extraordinară, totul a fost perfect. Ne-am simțit răsfățați pe tot parcursul vizitei. Porțiile sunt generoase, preparatele foarte gustoase, iar ospitalitatea este la cel mai înalt nivel. Mulțumim pentru o experiență de neuitat!

Nice pub, good food prompt service, only gripe was that the music was a bit loud for us
