Our requested booth was available when we arrived. Our waiter was excellent and the daily pasta recommendation was Delish. Another wonderful dinner out at Cafe Brio. Doug and Lorraine

10/10 hands down. The service staff (our waiter Amju and the resident sommelier) were top. Their personable nature, attentiveness, recommendations and knowledge of the restaurant’s offerings were beyond incredible. We went there for our anniversary and were treated like royalty. If you like elevated Indian cuisine that uses local ingredients and dynamite flavour combinations that are highlighted by freshly imported spices from India, this is the place for you. Shout out to the owner/head chef, Karma, who was so warm and kind to come from the kitchen to meet us after our meal. An absolute delight. The best meal we’ve had in a long time especially given Victoria’s growing amazing restaurant scene.

I was recently at Moxie’s to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family. Our server was great, our food was tasty. We appreciated the complimentary appetizer as we waited for our dinner and as it was my birthday, I was offered a complimentary dessert. We had cake waiting for us at home so they offered me a couple other things and I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary Espresso Martini. Being a Tuesday night, the restaurant was quiet so we were able to talk quietly amongst ourselves. We loved the $5 margarita specials for that night - we might even have to return on another Tuesday just for that! Thank-you Moxies.

It’s our last day in Victoria and we want a nice brunch prior to catching the ferry home. We found Joie online and thought would give it a try. Attentive service. Great foods and drink. We were glad we found Joie. And will most definitely come back again when ever we are in town.
