The combination of ingredients and flavors in each dish paired with the wine from their tasting menu was fabulous. The balance between traditional flavors of Latin home cooking, fresh herbs and produce, bright citrus and sweet fruit accents come together in each dish. It is a perfect reflection of the agricultural community in Sonoma County, fine yet unpretentious dining and farm to fork flavors . We tried a total of 8 dishes between us and there are still many dishes on the menu I would like to try. Our favorites were Camerones Borrachos, the pupusa and ensalada.
