   PERFECT! My new favorite... usually when fine dining, there is something that is not excellent. This dining experience was excellent in all categories! Was worth the expense! If I had to give a criticism, I'd say maybe expand the creative cocktail menu, but the cocktail I got was delicious! Everything was so delicious and ribeyes and filets cooked perfectly!

   I took a friend for his birthday dinner. He was looking forward to the Prime Rib which he had heard so much about. By 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, there was no prime rib available and only one serving left of the blackened trout. He was very disappointed and we both believe this is totally unacceptable for such a high end restaurant to be out of two entrees on the menu so early in the evening. Has it come to the point one now needs to make a reservation for the food as well as for a seat??

   Where to begin; started off fine but - worst parking for what is supposed to be one of Denver's best steak houses; only TWO (2) handicapped spots; if valet did exist, it was two poorly dressed questionable looking men far to the right of the door just talking with each other - had a 6:00 reservation....made us wait 20 min. - table water tasted contaminated - salads just ok - waitress always nowhere to be found (a fine restaurant has wait staff periodically checking in......DO NOT EXPECT THIS AT ELWAYS - had to ask for bread, twice (one of the only edible items); had to ask for drink refills; such things should be automatic - filets were so CHEWEY we could not finish even halfway - the scalloped potatoes tasted awful (baked potato was great) - lobster tail was only good/small - waitress nowhere to be found-yes, emphasizing this (do not care that it was restaurant week) - kids everywhere; women screaming.......we thought we were at Chili's - then the kicker - waited 20 min to get check....had to ask manager type who passed us about 20 times before he stopped where I begged for the check - there was another manager type, tall, gangly looking who spent most of his time at the booth next to ours chatting with that party and also drinking wine?? Elways is clearly not among the finest steak houses in Denver (their pricing easily twice as much as the quality level of the food) Never again Its Del Frisco's for us

    It was superb and Paul took good care of us. It was a packed evening and with that many people quite loud but it did not detract from our time together. I was surprised with a wonderful birthday dessert at the end.

    Trusted Business Colleagues / Friends to celebrate awesome outcomes and plan future endeavors. Perfect place to do so. The restaurant is beautiful. The Team at Elway’s was great. I requested a round table for our group of eight people, and was very happy they honored that request. The table was placed in a space that we easily talked and heard each other. Our server, Diana, was really great!! Very service oriented, helpful and patient.

    Es un restaurante excepcional lástima que en esta ocasión los jovencitos que están en la entrada no fueron amables y tuvieron una mala actitud al darnos la mesa , quisieron arriconarnos a pesar de que el restaurante estaba vacío. La comida excelente y el servicio de nuestro mesero extraordinario.

    Our waiter, Dustin, was great. He could not have been any more kind and professional. We had an early reservation. The first half of our time there was very pleasant. Unfortunately at about 7:30 it filled up, and became terribly loud. We could barely talk at our table. There was a table of 6 guys who sat at a table right by us that were very loud and rowdy. The food was very good although everyone at our table ( 5 of us) were disappointed that you changed your Brussel sprout recipe by breading them which totally disguised the flavor of the veggie inside. It took away from adding a healthy choice to our plates! I know this is just personal taste….. but I want to be honest here with the review! All in all we gad a nice experience and of course will ge back.
