EDGE is a phenomenal restaurant in every way! Toby was our waiter, and he is so personable and knowledgeable about the menu! The food was incredible! We had the beet rose, which is as tasty as it is beautiful! Our entrees were sea bass and the scallops, both perfectly prepared and delicious!! We ended with the crème brûlée which is divine!!

Sunday brunch with a menu which challenges those who always want something for brunch. Pastries are unique, home made, and truly exceptional. I tried an egg on fried rice which was outstanding and creatively made. A simple piece of homemade bread is created so it could be a full meal.

Though expensive it is worth it. Everything was prepared to perfection. They even make their own bread products. Omelette was perfectly cooked. Staff were efficient without being overbearing. Excellent!

The seating was a bit uncomfortable and the beef tartare was not good. Everything else we ordered was amazing! Caviar, oysters, mussels, dry aged steaks, cocktails… we will be back!!!! Yum!

Our table had the Sea Bass, Lamb, and Filet Mignon. We shared the brussel sprouts and whipped potatoes and bread...I had gluten free bread which was amazing. The server was very professional and the overall ambience wonderful. I wasn't a huge fan of the bistro feel of the tables ... the booths looked much more intimate. BUT, even at the tables, it was a quiet restaurant with a very sophisticated and upscale feel. We will definitely be back for the fine dining experience.

Fabulous food. The steak was a 10. One of the best steaks I've had in Denver. The vegan cauliflower steak was absolutely amazing as well. I'd highly recommend. PS they did everything gluten-free and it was fantastic.

Everyone that worked at this hotel was so friendly the valet, the main check in desk, to the hostess, to our amazing waitress. We got there about ten minutes late they were so fine with it. We even got the best table in the place. We have been here before and we loved it! This time around we loved it even more! We will be back. Love the wagyu just melts in your mouth! Amazing. Thank you all for your amazing service.

Edge is a great venue when one wants to dine very well. It is a complete experience from the warm welcome to the accomplished food turned out by the kitchen and skillful input from a knowledgeable sommelier. The service is Four Seasons impeccable. Good on any occasion but excellent for a date night if you're looking to make someone feel cosseted and special.

Our friends steak was cold, salmon ordered rare was over cooked. Very short list of wines by the glass. For the price, there are much better restaurants in Denver.

We were there for a dinner “pre-theatre”. Our order was not taken after 20 minutes and then was not”put” to the kitchen leaving us with little time to eat. The manager “made it right” which is appreciated . The atmosphere is great and the drinks were great. I will return but not when under time constraints.
