On the menu, you'll find items such as Lamb, Filet Mignon, Fresh Fish, Duck and other culinary delights, complemented by baguette, cheese plate and desserts. Each dish is prepared using the freshest flavors of the season and ingredients of the highest quality. Some dishes are Chef Cédric S. Fichepain mother's and Grandmother's very own special recipes.

Your dining experience will be enhanced by gorgeous interior design with a touch of the southern part of France along with a breath taking floral design of the full bar. Date night with dinner at the bar. Lisa our server was so attentive and engaging. We ordered Escargot as starter, so yummy! Pork shoulder and Cod fish special were amazingly delicious entrees. Le Voltaire is a neighborhood gem!

The first Oven Restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, has been around since 1988 and owned/operated by a dedicated family of chefs who have been creating Indian cuisine for over twenty seven years. The Oven Restaurants specialize in Northern Indian Cuisine which is known for its rich colors, flavor profiles and a unique style of cooking in a clay oven, called the Tandoor. Chicken, shrimp and lamb marinate for several hours in a yogurt and spice mixture and placed on skewers while various breads are being hand made by our chefs fresh each day. The skewers and breads are then placed in the tandoor over an open flame where breads are cooked to perfection and the rich flavors are sealed in to ensure tenderness and quality of the meat. Whether you enjoy the historic Haymarket atmosphere to the relaxed vibe of the Cellar, we have what you want!

When making our reservation, I included we would need one wheelchair accessible space. Not only was our table ready for us when we arrived, a chair had already been removed from the table so everything was ready for our party to be seated. So super impressed with that level of preparation! Plus, the food and service were stellar, as always!

We go here often and it seems like every time we have a better experience than the last. From staff suggestions to leaning about secret menu items to reliable favorites, the food is always fresh and delicious. And the service!! Grace, Morgan and Donovan the manager are all incredible and keep us coming back again and again.

Food was fantastic. Everything we tried was very flavorful and cooked well. The sticky toffee pudding was one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. Great attentive service; server’s kindness felt genuine. Ambience and decor was really nice. We felt the overall experience was top notch. We will go back!

We had a lovely waitress and food was exceptional. The my issue was a single bartender that was clearly out of her element. I could see her looking up cocktail recipes that had been ordered. She needed a coach. It took die k waaay to long to arrive. We still love the Oven!
