Always a great dining experience here. Food is cooked consistently every time, portions are good and service is top notch. Drinks never go empty, plates cleared when done, and a good amount of server check backs without interfering with your dinner conversations.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, we are a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.

Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

This was the single greatest dining experience of my life! The food was phenomenal, the service was fantastic, and I think my view on food will forever be changed. Would come back weekly if I lived in nearby and recommend to literally everyone!

The Perfect Anniversary Dinner! ❤️🥂 My husband and I went to Trilby’s to celebrate our anniversary, and we seriously couldn’t have picked a better place! From the moment we walked in, everything was amazing. The host was so welcoming and made us feel special right away. Our server, Kristin, was absolutely wonderful! She was super sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without constantly interrupting our date night. She really made the whole experience even better! We started with the crab au gratin and beef tips, and OMG, both were SO good! For dinner, I had the chicken cordon bleu, and my husband ordered the steak frites. Everything was delicious, and we were both so happy with our choices! We also tried the espresso martini and Ocean Mist mojito, which were amazing! The drinks were honestly the perfect addition to our anniversary dinner. Of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert, so we ordered the bananas Foster, and it was the perfect way to end our night! 😍 We also had the pleasure of meeting Nick, the manager, who made sure everything was going great. You can definitely tell he cares about his guests and the experience they have. Between the food, cocktails, atmosphere, and amazing service, Trilby’s made our anniversary feel extra special. It’s not often that you go somewhere and everything from beginning to end is this good. Huge thank you to Kristin, Nick, and the host for making our night so memorable! We will definitely be back! ❤️🥂

Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, Radish is a celebration of the agricultural spirit of the Gulf Coast and the unlikely connection between a charming coastal town and the humble root vegetable that put it on the map. Nineteenth-century farmers took advantage of the L&N Railroad and the opportunity to ship the fruits of their labor northward. The favored Yankee bar snack of the day was a long scarlet radish dipped in luxurious butter and coarse salt. The good times lasted until Prohibition, when local bars shuttered and demand for the Long Beach Red dried up. Today, Radish, led by Chef William Rester and team, embraces time-honored techniques and traditions to create an ingredient-driven menu that showcases what it means to eat and drink in the South.
