Cafe Sole, the best! Wonderful staff, Martin and Patricia and many others. We love the atmosphere and we have a very nice walk to the restaurant from house. We winter in Key West! Of course, the local fresh fish is great!

An "only in Key West" restaurant, The Flaming Buoy Filet Co. is one part retro supper club, one part sassy corner bistro, and one part highly personal whim. Fred Isch, grew up in every geographic segment of the country with a mother who loved cooking and collecting recipes. His husband, Scot Forste, grew up on the farm where his mother, bored of city life, spontaneously relocated to get back to the land, breed horses, and grow fresh, healthy food. Every recipe on the Flaming Buoy menu is an interpretation of something Fred or Scot ate at their respective family tables. Key West seafood restaurant in the heart of old town on Petronia. The menu is kept small so that everything is nice and fresh for you. Yellowtail snapper, fish of the day, Key West pink shrimp, and seafood medley highlight the menu.
Deviled Eggs topped with Scallops, Shrimp Mango Toast and Crispy Pork Belly Croustinis tantalize the pallet. Beef stroganoff made with certified black angus beef is a favorite.

Food is unique and delicious. We had the hogfish special which was done on a cauliflower puree and topped off with mango salsa. Lavender cheesecake was amazing! We sat near the kitchen which was a bit loud and chaotic. The other side by the bar is much better. Service was great and was very busy for a Monday night. Highly recommend!

We LOVE the little pearl. We come here each year for our anniversary - this was our 5th year and it was the best yet. It gets better and better each year!! The food, AMAZING- the service is the best too! The whole experience is top notch. We’ll keep coming back!! It’s my favorite meal of the whole year ❤️

This was our second experience at this food and wine pairing. It was even better than the first time two years ago. The hosts were engaged, friendly and knowledgeable about the beer and food pairings. My wife and I will gladly do this event again if available in the future.
