At first, I worried at being seated near the kitchen after requesting a quiet table. If you can’t provide a quiet table, you should inform your customer and let them make a decision of coming or choosing elsewhere. There are few places to take the elderly for a nice meal because they struggle to hear table conversation. That said, as the tables filled, the kitchen noise was absorbed and our experience was nice. The kitchen was slow but the server excellent. MoreOpenTable Diner -

My 5th time in Coperta. We usually sit at the bar for Happy Hour but this time around we had a "regular" dinner with wine. Service was excellent. The waitress knew all of the dishes and described them well. We ordered the chicken, Eggplant Parmigiana, Spinach Salad, and a few other things and shared. All very good. MoreOpenTable Diner -

While we have great love and respect for Italian-American culture and all of the beautiful flare it generates, Liberati Osteria & Oenobeers isn't really your typical Italian-American restaurant, but rather a simple and authentic restaurant you'd find in the streets of Rome or maybe in the countryside of Tuscany, Campania or Puglia.
Our founder, Alex Liberati, was born and raised in Rome, as was our chef, Marta Biasotti. At our table, visitors will savor the finest pastas, Italian breads, mozzarella, charcuterie meats and gelato all made in-house according to ancient Italian recipes and traditions. Guests will also discover the only brewery in the world devoted to the exploration of Oenobeers-a beer/wine hybrid with each beer using a different wine grape in its fermentation - presenting a whole new range of flavors, textures and taste for guests to explore. Located just an hour’s drive from the trifecta of ski resorts—Aspen, Vail and Breckenridge—and nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains; Denver is scaling the ranks of the country’s most desirable places to live. And while Colorado’s capital city is a world class hub of winter recreations, a booming restaurant scene is on the rise, too. Brunch waits now rival those of its coastal counterparts. Sounds a little weird given Denver’s land-locked nature, but sushi is also popular here. Downtown, you’ll find Italian Trattorias, sprawling beer gardens, and a slew of coffee shops that range from pour over bars to laid-back, locals-only spots. Larimer Square forms the heart of downtown’s historic district and houses upscale restaurants fit for special occasions. On the outskirts of town, Red Rocks Amphitheater draws festival crowds for its outdoor acoustics and epic views.
