    Attentive staff and management. Exceptional starters, sides and steaks -- all flavorful and well prepared. Nice table-side presentation of Caesar salad for two. Great salad, but surprisingly disappointing dressing. (Our only criticism.) Simply a perfect meal.

    The Service at this restaurant was AMAZING. Very great team. Ive dined her before and had OUTSTANDING FOOD. However, this time I ordered the BONE IN RIB EYE and the meat was tough. Was not their standard. So unfortunately, did not enjoy my meal. I ordered it medium rare also.

    One of the best filet mignon we have ever had. The banana cream pie is a must. Fantastic service. It is refreshing to be someplace where everyone is highly efficient and at the same time seems to love their job.

    My wife and I dined here for our 12th wedding anniversary and WOW! Loved the experience on all facets. Great staff, fare and atmosphere. The filet was on point. Will return on our next visit to Las Vegas.

    We celebrated the recent retirement of a niece at Delmonico Steakhouse. We could not have made a better choice. The service and the food were excellent. There was no need for a to-go package. We all cleaned our plates and had dessert. Robert, our server, was personal, yet professional. Definitely will return to this restaurant.

    Very nice restaurant with great service. We had the lunch menu, the French onion soup was great and the rest of the food was fine. Next time we’ll try the steaks. Their cocktails were very good, especially the Mexican.

    Just very average, nothing was special. I don't think our waiter knew how to make a Caesar salad. Steak and sides just ok. The TAGLIATELLE PASTA was overcooked and stuck together. IMO can not compare to Morton's or Del Frisco's.

    Excellent food with outstanding service. Delmonico in my opinion is the best restaurant on the Las Vegas strip. Regardless of schedule, we always plan to eat there.

    Our visit here was disappointing. The bone-in ribeye was very chewy. It was much more like a strip steak. Pasta Pomodoro was gummy and flavorless. The spinach salad was stellar. The wedge was not very crispy. Overall, for the price, it was not worth it. When we stay at the Venetian again, we will go back to Cut, the other steakhouse.

    This was far and away the best dining experience we had in Vegas. The food was absolutely incredible, but what took it over the top was the service. Every single staff member we encountered was personable, knowledgeable and sharply dressed. We were in town with my parents and the entire experience at Delmonico blew them away. We will absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to Las Vegas and will definitely be back.
