I worked in this industry & l was blown away, Everything was exceptional from the minute we walked in from the seating, the staff, the service , the food. The best coffee lve had in years. If you want an exceptional dinning experience then l totally recomend this place

My wife and I visited Braci for the first time last Friday, and our only regret is not discovering it sooner. We live nearby and somehow never knew it had been here for around five years. As an Italian from Italy, I rarely bother with Italian restaurants in Sydney. We tend to find fault, because we don't hand out compliments unless the food earns them. Braci earned every one. From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you warmly and clearly enjoy being there. You can feel the place is run by people who know exactly what they're doing, and that sense of care carries straight through to the food. The menu is small, which I take as a good sign, and every dish is done properly. We shared a pizza that was a perfect 10, a pasta called Rosso cooked exactly as it should be, then a cannolo and a tiramisu to finish. Not one thing I could fault. How do they get it so right? We celebrated my son’s birthday at Erin’s, as he is a huge fan of Messina gelato. The food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to source the Dr Evil Mushroom gelato cake from the factory when it was sold out in stores and online. To make the occasion even more special, they surprised him with some chocolate treats and a handwritten birthday card. Thank you for making his birthday so memorable. We truly appreciate the extra effort and exceptional service. We will definitely be back!
