    One of the best Italian meals I've ever had. I enjoyed the summer special 4-course menu. Several choices in each selection for me, which was a wonderful delight, since I eat only poultry and fresh fish. I started with a lightly friend stuffed squash blossom. The sauce that surrounded it was sweet and zesty. I'm glad that I had some focaccia to soak it up. For my pasta, I chose the gnocchi with pistachio sauce. The gnocchi was made fresh and they were little pillows that melted in my mouth. The sauce should be bottled and sold in stores. I enjoyed the eggplant parm for my entrée. A huge portion with fresh eggplant and a bright, marinara sauce. For dessert I enjoyed a freshly piped cannoli. It was as good as any from a Staten Island Italian bakery 😋. I joined their loyalty club. Ferraro's is reason enough to return to Las Vegas again. I look forward to dining here again.
