- BBrandiLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoAbsolutely would recommend. Delicious and exquisite food. Amazing wine list. And a bonus was that we were there on a Wednesday and all wines are half price for women! Coupled with the ambiance and people there, it was a really great eveningMore infoThe Wine Bar & Bistro at The Griswold Inn$$$$• Wine Bar• Essex•4.4

This is the most incredible delight to snack on while waiting for your entree. Every steak is cooked to perfection - best spinach - mashed potatoes - the freshest wedge (a meal in itself) and the service is consistently first class. We also discovered a new wine Reputation. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.More infoThe Capital Grille - Hartford$$$$• Steakhouse• Hartford•4.8

- JJohnVirginia •12 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 13, 2026Food was amazing as were the servers, owner who was on the premises. We had a sampling of various small plates, starters, entrees and incredible pasta - so flavorful and unique as one doesn't often get authentic swiss/italian/german style dishes done so masterfully. The raclette was the real deal, their own baked breads made me think I was back in Europe again, delicious wines that obviously are curated to enhance the dishes, fun cocktail list, and to top it off an amazing chocolate fondue that our party of 4 shared - it was hard to stop eating everything was so delicious. Definitely worth an evening and for the price of what one pays these days in restaurants - Alpina has a very high value to cost ratio in my book!More infoAlpina$$$$• Swiss• Greenport•4.7
