    Cooper's Hawk is a consistently fantastic experience and has become our go to place for family celebrations. The menu has a wide range of options from pasta, to steaks and seafood and they do them all well! Last nights highlights were the butternut squash risotto, parmesan crusted fillets with ahi tuna, parmesan crusted filets and drunken shrimp, and the chicken risotto. Everyone in our party of six loved what they ordered.

    Our host was quick to accommodate us when we asked to switch to outside even though our reservation requested an indoor table. Service was fantastic throughout. Servers were very knowledgeable about the wine list. This is a great spot to celebrate any special moment. Gay Street is a bit of a mess right now with construction, but Chouette is still keeping it classy!

    We celebrated my fiancée’s birthday here, and the staff made the evening feel special from the moment we arrived. Sondra was wonderful—warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the night. The food was excellent, especially the seafood. The ribeye could have been a little more tender, but it was still very flavorful. Overall, a beautiful atmosphere, great service, and a memorable birthday dinner. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
