Best Wine Bars in Monument

We brought our out of town guests to one of our favorite places to eat in Colorado Springs. The menu is great and we love the crispy cauliflower and bang bang shrimp appetizers. The seasonal specials are always interesting and the dinner for 2 is a great value. We are very loyal patrons!

We had delicious chicken Marsala and eggplant ! And can’t forget the garlic knots. Enjoyed our food, and service was great as always! We’ll be back.

We’re many time customers of The Capital Grille in other cities but first time diners at the Lone Tree, CO location. We were celebrating our anniversary and chose The Capital Grille for an elevated experience. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and recognized for our special occasion. Our table was decorated and included a personalized card. Every single member of the restaurant team with whom we had contact made a point to acknowledge our anniversary. On top of the excellent personal treatment, we had a wonderfully delicious dinner that included cocktails, a shared appetizer & salad, perfectly prepared steaks with sauces and sides, a great bottle of wine at a reasonable price, and a celebratory dessert to top things off. Our server, Diego, was very attentive and timely throughout our dinner. We had such a good experience that we will return here again often and tell our friends and family to do the same.
