Cafe Cortina is a masterpiece of a dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to impeccable service that strikes the perfect balance between highly professional and warmly welcoming. Every member of the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and timed each course perfectly without ever making us feel rushed. The food was equally extraordinary. Besnik was spot on with each of his recommendations. Each dish tasted like a masterclass in authentic, Italian fine dining. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate, making it the perfect destination for a special night out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. If you are looking for flawless execution, stunning flavors, and top-tier hospitality, this is the gold standard. We will return and will specifically request Besnik. Thank you!

We’ve been visiting weekly and while all of the servers and staff in general are amazing, Drayk and Tiara are stand-outs in our eyes. Special thanks also to Matt and Emma who are always kind as hosts.

We had forgotten that it was "Parents Weekend" at the University of Michigan. It was also our anniversary. We wanted to dine somewhere special. Mediterrano, usually a quiet restaurant, was very noisy and extremely busy. I requested a quiet table when I made the reservation, but we were first seated at a 4-top near the wait station, surrounded by conversation. We decided to wait for a quieter table. We didn't wait very long. Our second table was perfect! Our server, Landon, knew the best wine to go with our dinner selections. The food was fantastic as usual. The ample servings left no room for dessert, but we left with a sweet feeling in our hearts. It was a good anniversary dinner at one of our favorite spots.
