Amazing restaurant, from the delicious food to the decor and the great service from the staff. I'm so sad to hear they are closing soon, I wish they could stay open. Its been our date night spot since they opened.

There is something for everyone on this menu! We had appetizers, pizza, and meat, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous and the presentation was great. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere made us feel comfortable right away. We had a fantastic meal!

An exceptional lunch at Edan Bistro! A very personal and intimate dining experience where you get the chance to connect with Chef Aitor and feel the passion behind his cuisine. The gazpacho was exquisite, the mushroom croquetas with their fantastic smoky flavor were delicious, and the tomato salad with anchovies and burrata was incredibly refreshing — exactly what you need in Miami! The gambas al ajillo… WOW! So many layers of flavor in one dish. And then, the best hamburger I have ever had in my life! As for the tarta de queso, I won’t even try to describe it because words simply don’t do it justice. You have to experience it for yourself. Great job, Aitor! An unforgettable lunch, fantastic food, and a wonderful personal touch. See you soon!
