Used the MIchelin Guide app to find this place, fantastico!! Quality at the right price. Perfect place for our group to grab a meal before we departed to the airport. Service was excellent, staff super friendly and the beer perfectly chilled!! Gracias Oso por todo!!

This place is amazing! Small intimate setting (make a reservation to be safe) with great service and phenomenal food. We started with the chicharrones and the Ahi Tuna Tiradito. Both were exceptional - the chicharrones had some spices sprinkled on that went really well, and they were solid pieces of pork, so no one was upset at the portion. The tiradito had a leche de tigre that was very flavorful and went perfect with the ahi and avocado. Our party ordered the cachete and lomo saltado for entrees, which were both amazing as well. The cachete was incredibly tender and flavorful and came on a bed of beans with mole. They serve with tortillas and the entire dish fit together perfectly. The lomo saltado was also very tender and packed with flavor. I particularly liked the shrimp they it came with, but all the parts of that dish were really well done. The ambiance was perfect, the music was present but didn’t prevent conversation and it maintained an upbeat atmosphere. We did not order any drinks aside from water and beer, so I can’t speak to their cocktails, but they had a well-stocked bar. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat!!!

I had my Birthday lunch at Los Arcos, We love this restaurant, it is a well oiled machine. They can handle big parties, and are never frazzled. I requested Ricki who is the absolute best waitress at Los Aros, in my opinion. She is always on her game, always kind, has a great presence, and attitude even when the kitchen is behind, she manages to make us feel taken care of. Los Arcos is one of the Best Mexican restaurant's in Denver. It is always a treat to go there and if you get Ricki as your waitress you are one of the lucky ones. Thanks for making my Birthday lunch...special.

We had the Brussels sprout appetizer which was very good albeit a little dry. Over several days we tried numerous Tacos, Fish, Chorizo, Chicken, Braised Beef, and Mushroom were all excellent as was the chips with roasted salsa and guacamole. Definitely recommended.

Delicious! The mushroom tacos and chile rellenos were fantastic. The special drinks for Dia de los Muertos were a little pricey but very tasty and came in fun themed cups which we were allowed to take with us.
