The fish was so fresh and buttery, the tuna in particular. Presentation was top notch, decor was beautiful, ambiance was lovely, service was excellent, overall I’m incredibly happy with my experience and will definitely come again. If I had to choose one thing, I found the wagyu beef stick quite fatty which was disappointing considering it its price, and the beef tataki, despite amazing flavour depths, had too much sauce which I thought crushed the flavours at first bite which only became noticeable in the after taste.
