We had given our details the week before to book for Christmas Day dinner, and had to complete the form and pay the deposit within 7 days, so we decided to do that and have a Sunday lunch at the same time. The staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming and (I think it was the manager/owner) that couldn’t do enough for us when sorting our table for Christmas Day. Food was lovely as was the service. We felt seen and looked after. The stables (which I never knew existed) was beautiful. The main bar/restaurant area is also very cosy. The toilets were very clean.
