This was PHENOMENAL. Above all, the service and attention to detail. Knowledge from the chef and the variety. Upon starting it seems like bite size dishes will not be enough, trust me, it is. Once you let it sit sipping some wine or a cold beer and this is a very complete fantastic omakase from beginning to end. A bit on the high end but not so much, as we enjoyed a bottle of wine. The quality, creativity and flavors were superb!

Fantastic date night at Toritori Polanco. The sushi and food overall were excellent, but what really stood out was their sake presentation — served in this clever contraption where ice sits inside a glass bulb, chilling the sake without ever diluting it. Such a thoughtful touch. The space itself is beautiful too, open and airy, perfect for a relaxed evening. Highly recommend — already looking forward to going back.
