Best Steakhouses in Dayton / Liberty

My husband and I visited to celebrate the 18th anniversary of his heart transplant. We absolutely love Steak 48 and this time only elevated our love for this establishment. Our server, Taylor, was nothing short of exceptional!!! She was funny, engaging, full of life, and made sure we were well taken care of. Hands down, this was the best experience we've ever had there and we've been countless times. Taylor is easily another reason we will return. I saw her interacting with other guests and I have no doubt they had the same experience we did. Of course, I had a filet and my husband had the twin lobster tails. We started with the crispy shrimp deviled eggs. We shared sides or the roasted brussel sprouts and the sweet corn. Everything was prepared to perfection and delicious!! We cannot wait to visit again!!

 The food was absolutely amazing, with drinks perfectly on point. The oysters from the East Coast were impeccable, and my shrimp was always fresh. His steak was cooked to perfection, complemented by creamy spinach. It was the best I've ever had. The salad was flawless, and the carrot cake was definitely homemade. They made our 26th anniversary truly special, creating an unforgettable experience.

We went on a Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience. I received an email regarding their special offer for $177.6, and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious, and great portions for a shared meal. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful with everything, great personality. We went during the world cup and there were several guest from out of town, everyone seem to be having a great time. We will definitely be back.

We had an outstanding experience at Prime 131. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was upscale yet inviting, and the service was attentive without ever feeling rushed. Every dish was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, with the steaks delivering incredible flavor and quality. The open-fire kitchen adds a unique touch to the dining experience, and it’s clear that attention to detail is a priority in both the food and hospitality. Prime 131 is absolutely worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back.
