Nice restaurant. I brought my two teenagers and thankfully they let the picky one order from the children’s menu. Very convenient since we were staying at the Westin Book Cadillac hotel. As a somewhat vegetarian, I was able to order a few side dishes that were very good. My 15 year old son enjoyed his steak and the lobster Mac and cheese. Overall, a nice place.

It was a very quiet night at Javier’s Downtown when we went prior to a concert. The service was excellent. We have dietary restrictions that make eating out difficult but our server was great about checking with the chef about what would work for us. Our meal was delicious. We were there early and able to take advantage of the Happy Hour drink menu - a great value. I loved that we were able to have a leisurely meal but never felt ignored by our server. The vibe is very eclectic and fun - lots of lights, music playing in the background. They do include a 20% gratuity on the check, but our server pointed that out to us when he delivered our bill - and had it highlighted - so there was no missing that piece.

The restaurant was very accommodating and a tentative for our special occasion (30th anniversary). They were “A1”with their make right service in correcting a food mishap.

Friendly greeting upon arrival, seated in an uncrowded dining area. Perfectly lit and decorated to give just the right amount of ambiance. From the caesar salad to the incredible steak and sides, all the way to dessert the food was awesome. Our server, Ryan was informative, gave us great background on the menu, and suggested a few things that we tried and loved. He was attentive and took care of our meal exactly the way a server should. This place is 10/10 and we will be back.

Great food, great service, great ambiance. Low light, low noise, very traditional feel. The food had a few twists, but good adds that didn't over-complicate the dishes the way some newer "fusion" restaurants do. Highly recommend. And the Mon-Thurs happy hour menu is substantial.

From entering and being greeted by Nina, who promptly seated us, to our outstanding server, Lauren, we could not have asked for a better experience. It didn't hurt that the Prime Filet Sliders done rare and the Crab / Avocado appetizer was FANTASTIC!

We had an excellent anniversary meal at Hyde Park. Our server Marissa was warm and attentive. They decorated our table for our anniversary, which was very sweet! We did the happy hour/ early dining menu in the bar. The food and cocktails were delicious. My steak was perfection! They topped off the evening by treating us to an incredible chocolate torte for our anniversary. Such a great value for a high end restaurant! We will be back. We also love that the manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay. Fabulous customer service!

    The Keg at Riverside Dr. is always a great evening out. Perfect waterfront location, the food is always superb. They have very professional staff and the facility is always kept so clean. 10 out of 10 every time!!!!
