The food was very good. I always enjoy the daily specials and was once again pleased! The service was excellent. Very attentive! I also enjoyed an Old Fashion which was well done. The Pumpkin Taramasu was an extra special desert that completed a wonderful evening!

Wow! Our dinner party of six were warmly welcomed and escorted to a room where we could converse casually without shouting. The wait staff went above and beyond, describing every option for every course accompanied with exceptional recommendations. We not only enjoyed an excellent dinner, but shared a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Great service and food. Love their steak. Our server was excellent. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they had a card wishing us “a happy anniversary.” Love the personalized greeting. Will definitely be back.

We were celebrating our anniversary. Carlos greeted us in the parking lot to welcome us and congratulate us. Our whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our server Stephanie was gracious and friendly. We enjoyed every course of our meals. The food was well prepared and presented. When we finished our meal we had a lovely conversation with the couple at the next table and were never pressured to leave even though closing time was approaching. I'd recommend Carlos Bistro to anyone looking for great food in a wonderful atmosphere.
