Ruta Oaxaca is a favorite of ours and is in the regular rotation of our take-me- out Tuesday friends group. We enjoy the warm welcome, professional service and delicious food!
Love the old world charm of this restaurant. Portions are good as well as food quality. Reservations are a must as the restaurant is small which I prefer.
Our waitress Helen was fantastic. She knew the menu explained everything to us. She was extremely friendly and it was a pleasure serving us. So when you go ask for Helen.
Big Daddy’s is one of the only restaurants on Long Island that offers Cajun/Creole cooking. The servers are great! We were able to get the preferred seating specified on the reservations in a timely fashion - which is HUGE on a Friday night! Also, the kitchen accommodated my gluten allergy. And, the music was cool!
Barney's never disappoints. The team is very welcome and attentive. I love the atmosphere and feel as though I am having dinner at the finest country home. While Barney's is known for its duck the menu offers some great choices.
Went to MaliBlu to try the Raay-Nor chicken. It was delicious. Too bad they no longer have their restaurant on Long Island but MaliBlu did a righteous job recreating the chicken and all the fixings.
