The evening at Antithesis is an experience that was beyond our expectations. Entering the fully restored Robison Mansion you realize the attention to detail that this fine dining restaurant is striving to achieve. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable in all areas concerning the dinner and drink menu options. Our dinner party shared starter items including Pan-Seared Sea Scallops, Wagyu Beef & Octopus Carpaccio, and the table favorite, Bacon Wrapped Bacon which is like a complete breakfast in one bite. Dinner items were the Beef Wellington, Organic Half Chicken, Ora King Salmon, and the Creekstone Farms Beef Cheeks. All the dinner items were cooked to perfection, giving any Michelin Star restaurant in the region to stand up and take note. Congratulations to the restaurant owners, and to Chef Johnny Church for creating a culinary experience that rivals any establishment in the Southwest region.
