Best Southern American Restaurants in Forsyth

The food and service were OUTSTANDING! We were reminded of our reservation multiple times and inquired about our seating arrangement (some of us are older and hearing impaired). The food was timed beautifully, even though the restaurant was very busy, it was Easter.

Our dinner at Dovetail was really outstanding! The food and service were exceptional! Our waiter, Caleb, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. His recommendations for food and drink were on point. We started with the house pickles and deviled eggs and both were excellent. We shared the house salad and scallops, and the scallops were cooked perfectly! We also shared the sea bass entrée and it was also cooked to perfection! And whoever made that romesco sauce has got it going on, lol!!! 😋 We highly recommend Dovetail: great food and great service. 👍

It is with much pleasure that I share my dining experience today! The food was delicious, flavorful, and fresh! So many different unique options to choose from. ALLL of them pleasing to the palette. The restaurant’s hospitality team was the epitome of professional and customer care driven. Stephanie and LeeAnn was the best in caring for palettes and ensuring our experience was one to bring us back. The ambiance was welcoming and warm. Thank you for being number one in our stop next time we are in town! See ya soon.
