As someone born and raised in Italy, and who knows his way around an Italian kitchen, I can say Labriola deserves an A+.
The cavatelli with ragù was outstanding: the pasta is freshly made, perfectly al dente, and beautifully balanced with the sauce. What impressed me most was the combination of authenticity and creativity; the dish felt rooted in Italian cooking while still having its own character.
I have my hypnosis office in the same building, so I’ve been here several times and have brought guests along. Every visit has been a pleasure. I love the atmosphere, the attentive service, and the care that goes into the food. Labriola has become one of my favorite places to bring people, and I’m always happy to return.
