- SStephenNorfolk/Suffolk •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoA very enjoyable birthday treat for my wife. A delightful reception was emphasised by the helpful staff and card on the table wishing her a Happy Birthday. The service was then helpful and courteous and questions were answered with knowledge and understanding. The food which then followed was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Tastes were delicious from starters to deserts. Also credit must go the the bar staff for recommending a very refreshing cocktail for my wife which she thoroughly enjoyed. All in all this was a very pleasing outing in a lovely setting.More infoThe White Horse - Brancaster Staithe££££• British• Brancaster Staithe•4.6

- KKimNorfolk/Suffolk •1 review5.0Dined on Jun 27, 2026We went on one of the hottest days of the decade, and were suffering with the heat. I requested the coolest spot they had inside, and the friendly staff found us a table near the aircon from upstairs. We were very quickly served by more great staff. The food was just as we’d hoped, and when I ordered extra fries they arrived in just a few minutes. There were some problems with the ladies’ loos (not the fault of the staff at all…lazy customers), and they were instantly resolved as soon as I reported them. I can not fault this place. It remains authentic in its ancient building, slightly crumbling at the edges, but it is over 500 years old and in the oldest part of Norwich. This gives it a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. But the food and beer is great!More infoThe Belgian Monk££££• Belgian• Norwich•4.4
