My experience was an excellent night out with friends. The server we had was the best I have encountered in years. She made the night extra special with her smile constantly at are table. The food was great as well but nothing could out do are server. Special night!!

We booked a table for our family party of nine and initially our table was in a spot so loud that even the servers couldn’t hear us. But we were quickly re-seated again outdoors in a sheltered, covered patio with propane heaters and we had a lovely evening! We are very thankful to the staff who made this such a pleasant occasion.

Hadn’t been to the Keg in a long time. We had a nice dinner. My only regrets were that we had to rush our dining to catch a show. But we’ll come again. I recommend Dracula: a Comedy of Terrors too. Highly entertaining.

Had a challenge when first seated - waited about 20 minutes for a server. Had to go back to the hostess stand to alert them no one had come to see us. Manager stepped in to assist and turned the experience around. Went well after the team was made aware of the experience. Good service recovery in that regard. There was an error on our bill at the end which was promptly fixed with prompt attention. Quality of food and drink was very good. Mushrooms Neptune, Bleu Cheese Filet & bacon wrapped filet were all excellent. Kudos to the team for addressing our issues with urgency and recovering. Would (and will) still come back again. We had a great dining experience overall, with the food being a real highlight. The tableside pasta was amazing, both in presentation and taste, and the grilled calamari was cooked to perfection. The quality of the food definitely stood out and made the meal memorable. There were just a couple of areas that could have made the experience even better. We had noted in our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and the hostess acknowledged it upon arrival, but unfortunately, it wasn’t mentioned again throughout the evening. A small acknowledgment would have gone a long way in making the occasion feel extra special. Additionally, the cutlery clatter from the kitchen was a little noisier than ideal, which occasionally took away from the atmosphere. Overall, the food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the meal. With a little more attention to special occasions and a quieter, more refined approach to table service, the experience could have been exceptional.
