Love it! Steaks were made perfectly, very tender and great flavor! Our waitress was Alyssa and she was awesome! So friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. She provided the perfect balance of service while also allowing us time to dine without interruptions. This had the perfect steakhouse charm. We will always return

Everything about Gibsons Italia is amazing. This was the second year in a row that we celebrated our birthdays and now will make it our tradition. We were treated like royalty by Genevieve and John. They were the best!

Esquites empanadas were very good. I ordered the picanha "prime rib." It was only able to be cooked to medium rare which was fine by me, but 1/3 of the meat was very rare. Some of the fat against the skin didn't really render well which made some bites really tough to enjoy. The papas del dia were bbq sweet potato with an incredible sauce and seasonings. Mac and cheese was good as well.
