- AAngelaEssex •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoThe 3 main staff attending to us were Salima, Gloria, and Maddie. All so happy friendly and attentive. All staff looked happy and would smile if they caught your eye. The food was amazing.... especially the duck! Great atmosphere all round. - KKELLYHertfordshire •1 review5.0Dined on Jun 27, 2026We had a lovely meal at Wagamama in the Galleria. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly. It was incredibly hot inside, which made the experience very very uncomfortable, and at one point I nearly had to leave because of the heat. It's a shame because everything else was fantastic. Hopefully the air conditioning can be fixed soon, as we'd happily return.More infowagamama hatfield galleria££££• Asian• Hatfield•4.3
