Best Oyster Bars in Fairfield

Perfect last night dinner! I can’t say enough about the service and attention to detail. Was there to celebrate my birthday with friends and they were able to accommodate everyone’s allergies. Definitely will recommend this to all of my friends. 

Great food, customer service was amazing. Our waiter felt like an old friend by the time we left. Every staff member was professional and polite no matter what their role!!! Will return soon.

Another wonderful meal… Linda was our server and she was fantastic. I highly recommend the cauliflower wings with the variety of sauces on the side. The toasted Della Fattoria bread that is served with a wonderful olive oil, tomato and garlic concoction on the side is a must also. We decided to do family style so we could try a few things. Short ribs with mashed potatoes and the clams and muscles in broth were delicious. We love this place!

My friend and I went to Salty Pearl for the first time yesterday, and we had a great time. The service team was kind and prompt, and we were really impressed with the menu. We had a bottle of rose, oysters, the lobster roll, and the melon prosciutto special, and everything tasted great and was well priced. It was a little empty when we first arrived since they had just opened, but it filled up and was a great place to catch up and enjoy some good food and drinks.
