Best Organic Restaurants in Niwot

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary and the food, service, and ambiance was phenomenal! I specifically chose Panzano because of reviews that they are attentive to gluten-free and celiac diets, and they did not disappoint. The staff explained their prep and cooking processes for celiac diners and everything was amazing and delicious. We will definitely be back!

Great spot for our monthly supper club. We were well taken care of.

Absolutely love this place. Greeting at the door was warm and inviting. Atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about the food. The pork belly was delicious, as was the roasted beef and corvina bass. Finished off the meal with the most amazing butter pecan ice cream that I've ever tasted! The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Loved the spin he puts on the cocktails (definitely knows how to balance tastes). Have been here multiple times and every visit is better than the one before. Will return the next time we're in town.

Amazing food and a great value! You order at the counter, but they bring your food right to your table. My only complaint is the uncomfortable booths-the straight backs push you forward. Otherwise, a great place!

Service was good, ambience was fine, food was highly average.
