The sushi and sashimi were excellent, and the sushi rice outstanding. Chef skilled and meticulous. Service was on point and unobtrusive. Aspects that can be improved: the counter seems too high for the chairs they use; at this price point they should really have a waiter in the room at all times; pace of the course is a bit too slow —some of the dishes could have been prepared simultaneously/in the kitchen; drinks by the glass are very limited.

A wonderful experience in all ways. Excellent service and perfectly prepared food. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for and it’s worth it.

Superb experience, with exceptional food and service. Can’t wait to go back. It was so unique to have the fish buyers inform us of where each bite came from, I loved it.
