We were seated on the second floor which is more quiet and intimate setting. There was a lot of food which rendered both of us very full, and I liked the balance between nigiri sushi and the cooked meals which allowed us to enjoy a hearty meal that was carefully prepared. First time for me to see the chef using hot charcoal heat to coax the tuna cheeks to grill in its own fats, which was very tasty without the burnt taste when usually the chef may use the fire torch.
