Absolutely incredible! The food and experience is better than I had hoped for. The sake flight was amazing and I normally don’t care for it. I also had an oyster shot which their very fresh oysters. The shooter was made with sake and quail egg. I will definitely return!

We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame

Located next to Buffalo WildWings in the premium outlets. Great service and a good Japanese beer selection. Not a fan of the cherry blossom roll, but the sunset roll was excellent as was the seaweed salad. The tempura was heavier than I prefer. Overall not a bad place to get your sushi fix.

We booked here because we wanted a really nice Chinese restaurant and this seemed to have good reviews - Genuinely one of the best Chinese meals we’ve had. Our daughter tried the sushi, my son had the honey chilli chicken, my wife had the sweet and sour chicken and I had the Mongolian beef. All of these dishes were excellent and thoroughly enjoyed. Service was attentive without being over bearing and was just how we’d like it. Thank you for such a pleasant evening.

This was an exceptional dining experience! The fine attunement to detail, sourcing, plating, ingredients, service, and overall beauty was not what you expect when approaching another strip mall restaurant in Vegas. But the 30 min drive across town, to meet a lifelong friend, to share an exceptional evening was elevated in all the right ways.

    Every time we stay at Mandalay Bay I have to go to Kumi! Their Wagyu Gyoza is amazing. I order it as my main dish along with the Citrus Greens (salad) it’s the perfect meal that won’t weigh you down.

    My first visit to Morimoto at the MGM did not disappoint! I went in for the teppanyaki experience. Chef Felix was awesome! A fun and talented chef who was really engaging. The food was the best teppanyaki I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to the S’more for dessert (thanks for the recommendation from my server Jan, who also took great care of me).
