Wonderful experience as always. They do it all well: selection, service, great bar, comfortable attractive dining rooms, and most of all first rate sushi and steaks. A a lot of interesting and delicious presentations, especially, the miso black cod, sautéed mushrooms, specialty rolls. I can't figure out why they aren't perpetually packed. My sushi-savvy guests are always very impressed.

I'm usually not a reviewer, but Yanaga Kappa's omikase experience was so amazing that it feels necessary! The chef and wait staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The omikase area is decorated beautifully with unique art and the chef or staff could tell us everything about each piece. I thought a private tasting might feel awkward, but the chef went out of his way to match the vibe/mood we brought to the tasting, and I felt comfortable immediately. Every course was incredible. I booked the tasting mostly for my husband who's a more adventurous eater, but even foods I historically don't like (uni, for example) were prepared in ways that felt approachable and I ended up changing my mind! I would recommend skipping lunch beforehand as it's a LOT of food. Genuinely a 5 star experience that I'd happily pay for again🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bleu Sushi was a wonderful overall experience. It is a great after work restaurant to unwind and have amazing food. Our server Jonah was fantastic and personably. Jonah went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service and built a great rapport with us. Myself and my friends will definitely be back to Bleu Sushi!!!!
