Best Japanese Restaurants in Fort Worth

Norman’s was SO good and well worth the wait! I wish I could give 10 stars. We both said it was by far the best meal we’ve had this year, and maybe even beyond. The service from Travis was excellent; he was attentive, so fun and gave great recommendations. Every bite we ate was delicious but the nigiri, crudo and handrolls were the stars of the show. The Zuke Tuna crudo was our favorite bite (wish we ordered another), very closely followed by the Bluefin Tuna Nigiri with bacon furikake! We’ll definitely be talking about this meal for weeks/months to come. Can’t wait to come back and bring friends to try out the rest of the menu!

This was my first time at dinner, I did lunch before and it was just as good. A much livilier crowd at dinner, but my colleague really enjoyed his dishes and mine were sooo good with all my allergy constraints. Definitely look forward to returning!

He made the entire experience fun, engaging, and memorable for everyone at the table. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! 🔥 From the exceptional service to the delicious food and overall atmosphere, we genuinely loved EVERYTHING about our visit. Sushi Neko is our favorite sushi restaurant in the DFW area. The menu is creative. The food quality is great, value is high, and we always wonder why more people have yet to discover this gem of a restaurant. Highly recommend!
