We started with a great pretzel, followed it by two different kinds of schnitzel and then we ended with apple strudel. The beer selection was excellent. He went back to the chef and asked him to cook it medium plus. WOW! It came out perfect! A little crust on the outside and very pink, not bloody, on the inside.
