What a great find in the Fulton Market area in Chicago! Nice quiet ambiance made it easy to chat with the wait staff and bar tender. Friendly and knowledgeable as would be expected from a restaurant of this level. The 3 dishes I ordered were inventive and memorable takes on traditional Lebanese cuisine! Majadara was a traditional dish we had growing up as Lebanese Americans. The chef’s take offered unique memory provoking flavors with a modern twist and balance of technique and sauce work that elevated the dish to its 5 star level! Thank you for the experience m! We will definitely be back!
