Gem of a location. We went in on a early Monday evening so the crowd was small. Our waiter mentioned that typically beginning of week before 8pm they would be slow. The food was simply incredible. We had a table side Caesar salad made fresh from scratch. Impressive because they are all made this way. On a busy night it is very slow but so worth it. We came for the steaks and were not disappointed in the least. I would certainly pick this place over all the other glitzy places around. This restaurant has a rustic old school glamour to it with impeccable service.

We celebrated Mother’s Day with a wonderful lunch at La Cabrera, a fantastic Argentinian steakhouse in Mexico City's trendy Roma neighborhood. We ordered the vacío cut, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to a flawless medium. The tomato and palm heart salad was incredibly fresh, and their hamburger is also a must-try. To match the excellent food, the service was truly impeccable; Chef Marcelino Castro even stopped by our table to greet us and ensure we were having a great time. We are definitely coming back!

It was Monday night, so the restaurant was pretty quiet. Food was delicious, menu was in Spanish & English, they have a great wine selection, and the service was impeccable.
